Membership Benefits

TOWING:
In the unfortunate event that your vehicle breaks down and requires transportation, Club Evolution will tow the vehicle up to 25 km free of charge back to the issuing repairer. Any extra subsequent kilometres over and above the stated allowance are at the cost of the registered driver. 

JUMP START:
Club Evolution’s cover will send a provider to quickly jump-start your vehicle to get you on your way. 

BATTERY REPLACEMENT:
If your battery is faulty Club Evolution can offer a battery replacement service on the spot, the battery is at the cost of the registered driver. 

FLAT TYRE:
Club Evolution’s roadside assistance cover will change your vehicle’s flat tyre and replace it with your serviceable spare. 

LOCKOUTS:
Club Evolution’s roadside assistance covers lockout assistance up to $70.00 inc gst.

EMERGENCY FUEL:
In the event you happen to run out of fuel our roadside assistance will deliver emergency fuel to get you on your way, fuel is at the cost of the registered driver. 

EMERGENCY ACCOMMODATION:
In the event you have broken down and you are more than 100 km from home and the vehicle is rendered undrivable for more than 48 hours Club Evolution will assist with emergency accommodation for up to two nights totalling $100.00 inc gst per night. Conditions apply. 

Terms & Conditions

The Roadside Assistance offer currently runs until December 31st 2022 and is for a period of six ( 6) months starting from the date of issue. In the event of a breakdown of your vehicle, Towing/Roadside Assistance will be provided in accordance with the member benefits stated below.​​​​​​ 

• The customer is entitled to (2) call-outs per six-month membership.  
• The roadside member benefits are available to use three (3) business days from registration.
•  Roadside assistance is for the vehicle registered only.
• Does not cover acts of vandalism of any kind.
• The “TOW” is back to the issuing workshop only.
• Towing/roadside assistance is available to vehicles not exceeding 3.5t or 55 meters in length
• Emergency fuel the “fuel “is at the cost of the registered drive,
• Battery replacement – The “Battery” is at the cost of the registered drive,
• Any subsequent kilometres or expenses over and above the stated allowance is at the cost of the registered driver and payable at the time of service.
• If the vehicle membership has expired/used the allocated two (2) call-outs or has failed to be registered with Club Evolution the full cost of the service is at the member’s expense.

You can access this offer if you’re vehicle is booked in for a minor, major or log-book service. You will not be able to access this offer if you are booking in for a repair, brake, tire or other work being conducted on your vehicle.

This offer is only available for cars within 3.5 tonnes and within 5.5 metres long. 

Towing/Roadside assistance is for emergency mechanical breakdown only and does not cover vehicle accidents.

Once a call-out has been provided for a breakdown, any subsequent callouts arising from the same breakdown will be provided at the member’s expense paid at the time of the call-out. This includes towing for a vehicle that has been towed after hours to the member’s home, a holding yard or other place of safety and subsequently requires further towing for the same breakdown.

If you should require accommodation in the event of a major breakdown and the repairs being carried out on the vehicle are a distance of more than 100 kilometres’ from your registered residence and the repair renders your vehicle un-roadworthy for more than 48 hours Club Evolution will assist with the reimbursement of accommodation up to $100 per_ night for 2 nights (Room rate only). This does not include pre-booked accommodation. Excludes weekends, public holidays, workshops, and suppliers’ delays. For reimbursement for breakdown accommodation, you must submit a copy of the accommodation invoice and the vehicle repair invoice to the roadside assistance provider.
